A well known retail establishment are looking to expand their prestigious team with the addition of a new Warehouse Section Manager in Darlington.
This Full Time / Permanent position offers the opportunity to work a 48 hour week with earning potential of up to £42000 PA + Benefits.
The Candidate
Those serious about this opportunity will have recognisable experience managing a team of at least 15 warehouse staff; ideally used to a submanagement structure within the team too. Have a hands-on, strong leadership management style with a view to staff engagement. Any proven track record in WMS implementation would be beneficial as the site is currently undergoing an update and experience using Manhattan WMS would prove very strong.
The Role
You will be responsible for a team of 25 staff on a DAYS operation. The role is a Management position contributing to a 24/7 operation, covering chilled, frozen & ambient products. Working in a fast paced environment to ensure scheduled KPIs as well as upskilling and engaging your team.
