An industry-leading 3PL business, boasting an enviable client base within the retail & manufacturing sectors, are looking to expand their prestigious team with the addition of a new Warehouse Supervisor. Offering a salary of up to £24K and benefiting from a varied work pattern of mornings, t & nights on a shift rotation. This role is based at Ashby, Leicestershire.
The Candidate:
Those serious about this opportunity will have recognisable experience at Warehouse Supervisor level within a Contract Logistics business. Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a must. JDA/Red Prairie experience is desirable.
The Role:
If successful, you will be Supervising a team of around 20 staff.
Your remit will be to grow the team as new contracts are on-boarded and existing ones grown.
Responsibilities including staff supervisions, KPI management & service level delivery.
