As a Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients sites across the UK and Ireland. You will work through a queue of claims, cross-referencing with other teams and information sources to complete the claims. Utilising your investigatory skills, you will delve into the resources available to determine the accuracy of the claim and to identify any anomalies present.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will primarily handle business-to-business claims, managing communication and documentation through emails and internal systems.
  • Assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies when necessary.
  • Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
  • Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.
  • Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.
