We have an excellent opportunity for Ganger to lead a team, working as part of the Integrated Maintenance and Repair (IMR) Alliance.
A key component of our success is our people who repair and maintain your water network to minimise water wastage and keep the water flowing for you and your family.

Leading a team of two and directly reporting to the IMR Field Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
General Site duties and supervision associated with IMR planned work, using latest technology to minimise paperwork in-line with requirements
Responsible for ensuring all Health and Safety Standards and requirements are met at all times, including completing of all associated paperwork.
Responsible for ensuring first-class customer service is delivered at all times. Ensuring the customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do.
Communicating with the Field Performance Manager and other colleagues as required to update them on progress, timely communication when unexpected issues arise on site.
To ensure work complies with relevant Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and recycling takes place wherever possible.
Adopt all relevant areas of the self-certification process after training.
Ensure correct use of plant and materials and to minimise wastage.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence
- Holder of relevant CSCS/CPCS cards
- Holder of a NRSWA card
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbal
- EUSR Water Hygiene
- Cat and Genny Training
- Utility Experience
- Slinger Banksman Trained
- Deep Excavation Training/experience
Desirable Skills/Experience/Training
- NVQ Level 2 Service Laying/Main Laying
- UK driving licence CAT C + E
- EUSR - SHEA Water
