Protocol are currently working alongside a well established FE college who are looking for an experienced Engineering Lecturer/WBL Tutor within PLC's, pneumatics and hydraulics. The position will be workshop based, located in South Yorkshire.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering/ PLC's/ Hydraulics/ Pneumatics, experience of teaching and assessing students within the workplace, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
This role is full-time and will run on a permanent basis, offering a competitive salary + benefits.
The person & qualifications
*An engineering degree or minimum level 3 qualification in an engineering subject
*Recent knowledge of apprentices and training/ delivery experience
