Workplace Interior Designer Job in London

Workplace Interior Designer required to join a workplace/commercial design & build firm based in South London. This close-knit team specialise in workplace design and build fit-out and workplace consultancy. Due to an increasing number of projects, they're now looking to expand their team and are looking for a mid-weight or senior workplace interior designer to join on a full-time permanent basis.

Established for over 20 years, this family-run business has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the office and commercial design industry. Previous projects have included everything from corporate consultancies, social media firms, and entertainment brands to name a few! Our client is an award-winning firm with recognition in both company leadership and project specific awards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To be involved in the full design cycle, from concept through to completion
  • To work with the department lead to create, design and deliver client presentations and pitches
  • Creation of technical drawings and packages
  • Client and contractor liaison
  • Travel to sites/client meeting whenever required
  • FF&E selection and specification

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience within workplace design, traditional or design & build
  • Experience creating and delivering/assisting with client pitches
  • Competent user of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
  • Experience with Revit and SketchUp is desirable
  • Ideally degree qualified in interior design, architecture or similar

What you get back

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
