Workplace Strategy Associate Job in Central London

Our client is seeking a Workplace Strategy Associate to join a new expanding department which is part of their larger multi-disciplined organisation. The ideal candidate for this Workplace Strategy Associate role will be coming from a similar position or be an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong client-facing and change management skills looking to make the move into a consultative/strategic role.

Established in the UK for 150 years, they provide a full spectrum of services for every asset type across commercial, residential and rural real estate. Due to their international presence in 32 countries, they offer local market knowledge whilst utilising global market intelligence across the full property life cycle.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with clients (business owners, C-level staff, department leaders) to understand their business' requirements, long-term objectives and focus points for their workspaces
  • Develop client presentations with the in-house bids team and deliver them
  • Work closely with the head of the department to establish the direction of the department and expansion
  • Business development and networking with industry contacts
  • Support with pitch context creation and direction
  • Contribute to and develop client reports and case studies

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years' experience in either workplace design or workplace consultancy/strategy
  • Business development skills and experience
  • Ideally an understanding of the workplace design process and knowledge of interior design
  • Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical thinker
