This Workshop Manager role includes:
* Workshop Manager role
* Managing a small team of up to 20 engineers
* Manage and ensure KPI's / targets are met.
* Manage the quality and health and safety
* Some hands on work required on occasion
The successful Workshop Manager will have:
* Background as a workshop manager / supervisor / Team Leader or similar
* Hands on engineering experience and background
* Experience and knowledge of electrical engineering (power generation is a benefit)
* Live commutable to Oakham
