This multi-national employer are a market leader in the UK Temporary Building sector. With a well-established reputation as the go-to supplier of temporary modular solutions for a range of sectors, this business offers strong prospects for career minded candidates.


They have over 45 years' experience in the rental of superior quality modular accommodation systems and associated services, to their customers, no matter which their needs are: additional office space, more secure storage, an extra classroom, etc.

They are seeking a Yard Supervisor for this key depot in the North West, reporting to local Management, running a team of Operatives. You will be involved in the planning for fulfilling orders, maintenance and servicing and handling any enquiries regarding the fleet of buildings, service vehicles and Fork Lift Trucks. Although in an ideal world you would be ensuring the accident rate stays at zero, should there be any accidents you will be investigating and reporting. Health and safety is of paramount importance in this role, and is taken very seriously.

  • Organised and motivated, able to motivate yourself and your team
  • Able to be a strong manager to handle any unacceptable behaviour
  • Good communicator, able to carry out instructions either verbally or written
  • Focussed on the customer
  • Familiar and knowledgeable on all health and safety matters, either on a construction site or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of profit/loss and cost control in materials and labour
  • Flexible to adapt as required
