Job Title: Yardman / Gateman Location: Exmouth, Devon Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour (or £15.01 with rolled-in holiday pay)
Job Description: We're currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardman/Gateman to join our team in Exmouth. The role involves maintaining site security, assisting with deliveries, and keeping the yard area organised and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing site access and signing in visitors and deliveries
Keeping the yard and entrance areas tidy and secure
Assisting with materials, deliveries, and general labouring tasks as needed
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Valid CSCS card (if required by site)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and punctual
Pay Details:
Standard rate: £13.40 per hour
With rolled-in holiday: £15.01 per hour
