Kier Infrastructure Major Projects are currently recruiting for an Agent to manage resources designed to fulfil the assigned project safely, on time and to the required quality, whilst implementing the Kier Group's policies.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you'll conduct Programming works, monitor commercial performance and provide effective utilisation of resources to deliver against the programmes. You'll also support the implementation of Health and Safety policies and ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded, and monitor the Business Assurance System policies and procedures. You'll liaise with the Commercial Team to undertake financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost and value review.
What are we looking for?
A proactive problem solver with a highways background and experience of leading and managing a technical team. Ideally, you'll have a relevant qualification (HNC/Degree) and be working towards your ICE chartership. You'll also have a good understanding of the main management systems and manage project delivery on technical and business aspects; whilst driving the team to deliver to quality, cost and programme.
