Architectural Technician Job in East Grinstead, West Sussex

Architectural Technician job now available, with a successful architectural practice based in West Sussex. The role would see you working as part of a small team on several cladding/facade projects.

Our client is a well-established architectural firm with expertise across various sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, transport, and master planning. They are currently undertaking several projects focused on updating cladding for a multi-level building in London. They are in search of a skilled Architectural Technician proficient in Revit to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on facade and cladding projects
  • Production of planning and technical drawing packages.
  • Using Revit on a daily basis
  • Meeting with clients and visiting sites when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess an HNC/HND or equivalent in Architectural Technology
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
  • Experience with the use of Revit is essential
  • Façade and cladding experience would be highly advantages
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
