The Role
- broad range of exciting projects including education, residential, public and community buildings.
- Have good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts and be able to undertake the contract administration and Employer's Agent duties for a variety of projects in different sectors.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis and preparation of formal reports; submission of building regulations and planning applications.
- Experience of aids and adaptations, party wall matters, DDA audits, Insurance claims
The Candidate
- The candidate will ideally be qualified to MRICS or working towards.
- They should have good communication, management and team working skills.
- Capable of working on their own initiative.
