About the role

Kier Highways are looking for a Business Development Operational Specialist to join the sales team at Ayton Products. In this role you will be responsible for the launch of a new range of paint products for the structures waterproofing markets and steel frame Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems. You will be engaging with customers, clients and key stakeholders nationally promoting products for inclusion in tender specification for application in various types of construction markets.

As Business Development Operational Specialist, you will be presenting to designers and specifiers product benefits for inclusion in tender enquires, liaising with the manufacturers whilst managing the approval process for licence installers of technical products. Achieving targets for turnover and margin will also be key.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in the role, you will hold experience in sales and customer relations in the construction industry along with technical knowledge of construction techniques. Due to the nature of the role you will also need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
