JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Oldham for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis but could lead to permanent position. Must have an enhanced DBS
HOURS
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 1pm - 10pm
Wednesday, 1pm - 7pm
Friday, 12:30pm - 6:30pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Key holder - opening and locking building
?Portering
Requirements for the role
?Enhanced DBS
?Maintenance experience
