Salary: £39,780 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit housing associations in London on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned carpentry repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
- Fitting kitchens and worktops
- Hanging doors
- Skirting boards
- Replacing floorboards
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS Health and Safety
- First Aid Trained
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- Basic DBS check (preferred)
- Own trade specific tools
