CDM Advisor Job in London
This is an opportunity for a CDM Advisor to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in their London office.
The position of CDM Advisor will see you join a consultancy that has 7 UK offices and ties to operations overseas. Their services include Health & Safety, Building Surveying, Architectural Services, Clerk of Works, Cost Management/Commercial, Project Management and Employers Agent. The sectors they work in are Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Heritage, Leisure, Retail, and Local Authority.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise the design team and client on the health and safety risk management in accordance with CDM regulations
- Manage and plan pre-construction phase of projects
- Prepare the health & safety project documents
- Collate and provide the client with pre-construction information
- Complete design risk assessments
- Site inspections
- Support senior members of the team
Required Skills & Experience
- NEBOSH or IOSH
- Proven skills in delivering CDM services
- 2+ years in a similar position
