CDM Advisor/Principal Designer Job in London or Sevenoaks
This is an opportunity for a CDM Advisor/Principal Designer to join a fast growing consultancy in either their London or Sevenoaks offices.
This consultancy offers an array of services such as design management, surveying, project management and cost management in area such as regeneration, residential, local authority and housing associations. They employ around 95 people currently and are spread across 4 offices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of CDM
- Advise the design team and client on the health and safety risk management in accordance with CDM regulations
- Collate and provide the client with pre-construction information
- Complete design risk assessments
- Update and delivery of H&S files to the client
- Carry out CDM/H&S inspections on site
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally a relevant degree/qualification
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred
- Proven skills in delivering CDM services
