Salary:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Based on experience)
- OTE: £40,000 - £70,000+ (Depending on experience)
- Commission Structure: Up to 25%

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
- Proven success as a real estate agent, commercial real estate.
- Strong network and connections in the East London commercial real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Relevant qualifications and licenses (e.g., RICS, NAEA) are advantageous but not essential.
