Construction Director - Residential Developer

Position: Permanent
Salary: £125 000 - £150 000
There is an opportunity for an experienced construction director to join a large residential developer and oversee the London and south east division, reporting directly into the Managing Director. This role is split into two parts;
1 - Oversee the build and housing operation outside of London in the South East managing anything between two - four sites at a time.
2 - Direct the pre and post - construction within London with oversight of the build.
This role requires someone who is an excellent communicator, independent and sensible. The successful candidate would preferably be from South or West London and have comprehensive experience working all aspects of construction. They would not necessarily have to be from another residential developer but have a wealth of experiencing overseeing large divisions of business that is relevant to the role.
The salary for this role is £125 000 - £150 000 with benefits that include a 20% bonus and private healthcare.
