Client Information

Our client, a leading civils and construction contractor in the UK and Ireland is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to strengthen their team in the Dublin area.

Role

Within this role you would be responsible for, but not limited to, any of the following;

  • Management of multiple sites
  • Management of all staff and contractors
  • Implementing Health & Safety procedures
  • Coordinating and liaising with project management and engineers
  • Mentoring other members of staff
  • Responsibility for the delivery of the project on time, within specification and on budget.

Skills

  • Previous track record working as a Contracts Manager
  • Experience working on both civils and construction projects
  • BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.
  • 10+ years experience
