Salary: up to £50,000 + Car Allowance and Package
- Are you an experienced Contracts Manager who would enjoy working with a specialist contractor?
- Deliver projects around the UK overseeing commercial, contractual, logistics and technical briefs
You will be working for a well-established specialist division of one of the UK's top five steel fabricators. Projects across rail, civils and new build, you will specialise in challenging projects with intricate designs often demanding a complex and challenging installation.
Working across NEC, ICE and JCT forms, your contractual knowledge will be essential in driving projects forward to achieve margin and programme targets. Working as a specialist sub-contractor, your client group will e made up of large tier one contractors currently undertaking some of the largest building and infrastructure projects in the UK.
Does this sound like you?
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Experience of managing projects up to £2M in NEC, ICE and JCT forms
- Experience of steel engineering and construction
- Within commutable distance of Hampshire and happy to cover projects across the UK
- An experienced contracts manager with multi-site management experience
- Strong commercial, contractual and technical knowledge
