Our client, a Main Contractor, are a family owned business which has had increasing success since the early 90s.
They are currently looking for a Contracts/Project Manager to work on multiple High-End Housing Projects, in Northamptonshire & Leicestershire. You will be primarily based from their office near Kettering.
The right candidate will have Developer experience, a good Health and Safety Background and preferably a good knowledge of Civils.
The Contracts/Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning of Projects
- Managing how resources are allocated
- Management of Staff
- Monitoring the progress of each stage of the project/s
- Budget Management/Financial Planning
The Contracts/Project Manager will be provided a company vehicle and will be required to travel when needed.
