Location: London
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Salary: Up to £27K + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits
Responsibilities
As a Control Centre Operator, you'll supporting Highways team as a single point of contact and incident response service via a 24hr Service Control Centre providing support to our London contracts.
Your day to day will include:
- Working with Visual Display Units and other IT related equipment
- Working knowledge of Office 2000 applications, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Interpreting geographical information using GIS tools
Who are we looking for?
This role of Control Centre Operator is great for you if:
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, and can work under own instruction as well as in a team
- Have experience of working under pressure & multi-task
- Have excellent computer skills and experience in the use of Microsoft products
