Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical controls based on manufacturing specifications
- Design electrical schematics and panel layouts, create Sequence of Operations, Utility Diagrams, PLC Ladder Logic Programs, and HMI interface Programs
- Support Manufacturing during unit assembly, wiring, and testing
- Support Technicians during installation and start-up
- Participate in electrical design improvement activities
- Travel to machine suppliers to support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Background Required:
- Experience in industrial control design of industrial machinery.
- Experience working with PLC-based control systems
- Skills for developing HMI applications.
- Experience with ACAD electrical to produce electrical schematics
- Happy to travel to customer sites
