Customer Service Agent

DurhamGate, Spennymoor - County Durham

Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Mortar Distribution Team at DurhamGate, Spennymoor.

The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual to co-ordinate mortar and deliveries in a busy market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Optimising transport planning (shipping) of all customer orders, liaising with commercial, operations and transport teams.
  • Ensuring all customers have a positive experience, by providing a high level of customer care.
  • Maintaining accurate data input to ensure correct deliveries and prevent customer queries.
  • Collaboration with the wider team to quickly resolve issues and to contribute towards business improvements.

We are looking for a professional, experienced Customer Service Agent who can demonstrate knowledge of road haulage. You will be an excellent communicator and be a proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
