Design Project Planner/Senior Planner

£45-55,000 per annum plus benefits
Our client is an award-winning major architectural practice with offices across the globe. We currently have a rare requirement for a Design Planner/Senior Planner to join their London office (based in Moorgate) to help deliver the planning function at design stage on a variety of prestigious building projects, worth anything up to £1bn+ each. These can range from single-unit schools and commercial offices to large airports and major regeneration schemes.
This is a traditional project planning role; duties will include creating detailed design programmes using both Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 software (including some tendering), progress/updating programmes, liaising with key stakeholders, etc. Being an award-winning design practice, many of their project solutions offered to clients are innovative and the environment is an extremely creative one - certainly not your traditional "nine to five" within the construction sector!
Ideally the successful candidate will have the following experience:
-At least 3/4 years planning experience within the construction sector or a similar role within an architectural practice.
-Planning experience at design stage is ESSENTIAL.
-Proficient with either Asta Powerproject or P6 software.
-Personable individual with excellent stakeholder management skills.
-Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to circa £55,000 per annum plus a full benefits package, comprising travel, pension, health and various innovative workplace initiatives.
