We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Regional Build team based in either Glasgow OR Edinburgh. Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities, flexible hours and even more.

Location: Glasgow OR Edinburgh, Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday- flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.


Responsibilities

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Regional Build team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure

  • Expediting?late documentation from the clients and consultants

  • Assisting the team with internal document reviews and providing weekly reports on the status of all documentation.?


Who are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

  • Experience with an EDMS e.g. BIM Extra or?4 Projects

  • Organisational skills

  • Manage your own performance and work well under pressure
