Job Title: Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location: Purfleet

Rates: £280 - £320 / Day
Duration: c. 3 months
A thriving contractor specialising in temporary and portable building solutions requires a freelance Quantity Surveyor.
Overseeing the commercial and contractual management of contracts from £100,000 - £2,000,000 in value. Working as a sub-contractors Quantity Surveyor, it is essential that you understand the role and importance of protecting the companies interests.
Person Specification:
- 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Substantial experience of sub-contractor's quantity surveying
- Excellent knowledge of JCT and NEC forms
- Knowledge of the modular and temporary building sector is highly beneficial
