Grounds Maintenance Operatives required in Penge, covering Penge, Beckenham, Lewisham and Croyden
(£9.75 paye or £12.30 through Umbrella) Must have DBS

Job Role
In this role you will be providing a full range of highly professional services from grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance and hedge and shrub pruning and all general grounds maintenance duties.
You will work in a customer facing role which will entail dealing with tenants of housing stock while delivering the grounds maintenance service.
Person
You must have previous experience at least one full season in grounds maintenance to be considered for this role.
You must have a full UK driving licence and be licensed to pull a trailer, as you will need to transport maintenance equipment to and from sites.
You will preferably have knowledge of COSHH and health and safety standards.
You must have previous experience of using pedestrian and ride-on mowers.
You will also have experience of using hedge trimmers, blowers and strimmers.
You must have a flexible approach to work and be customer focused.
You will need to have a standard DBS to be considered for this role
