Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled Job coach to support learners with learning difficulties with work placements, carry out tasks at work and develop their independence and ability to progress to work in future.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about supporting learners and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in job coaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.
This role is offering Full-time hours and will run on a permanent basis.
Job title: Job Coach
Hours: Full-time
Pay rate: £28,663 per annum
