Joiner based in Derby (social housing) pay negotiable
Company
You will be working for a local council social housing organisation on this temporary contract, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV.
Job Role
You will be required to undertake all types of joinery work on a reactive maintenance basis.
You will be going into tenants properties to carry out work as required.
Person
You should have a minimum qualification they can verify of NVQ level 2 or city and guilds craft certificate but NVQ level 3 or advanced craft certificate is preferred (or equivalents).
You will have good communication skills and be confident dealing with tenants on a daily basis.
You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business usage.
Reward
You will work this temporary 6 week contract with possibility of extension. You will work 37 hours a week paid weekly
