Lecturer in Construction (Surveying and Building Design)
Gloucestershire
Full time - Permanent
£23,488 - £37,370 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Protocol are currently recruiting a keen and qualified Construction Lecturer to join a specialist, FE college based in Gloucestershire on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a particularly exciting time to join this college and be at the forefront of the new T Level qualifications.

If you wish to develop your passion for construction and are committed to teaching elements of construction including design, planning and surveying, you'll be what our client is looking for!

The key purposes of this role are to:

*Teach to a high standard, and develop the relevant skills to teach truly outstanding
provision
*Work with the STEAM Faculty and with enrichment staff to create provision that
excites and stimulates demand
*Unusually we are appointing before the course starts in September 2020 and so
initially much of your time would be involved in actively promoting T Levels at
internal and external events to prepare and grow the provision prior to launch.

Candidates should have a commitment to providing high quality learning to enable all learners to achieve their full potential. The ability to truly work as a team player is also essential. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess either proven experience in industry or a good honours degree in a related subject (or a combination of both). Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification or be committed to obtain a suitable qualification once in post.
