Kier Construction London is looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor in the Health & Science sector who will report to the Regional Commercial Manager. The successful post-holder will be responsible for supporting the Regional Commercial Manager in providing leadership and support to the business in respect of the commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial function within an area of the business ensuring robust and accurate reporting processes and controls exist, undertaking the day to day management of the commercial function within the section
- Ensure Kier governance protocols and procedures are applied
- Achieve high levels of stakeholder engagement and contribute to partnership development
- Holds the relevant qualifications (e.g. Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction management)
- Working knowledge of the construction industry, commercial and procurement processes and procedures
- Experience within a similar role
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours
- Willingness to undertake training and development when appropriate
