Halo are looking to recruit a marketing graduate with a particular interest in the events industry.
You will be assisting our heads of departments developing business by creating graphics, producing brochures, newsletters, social media content, updating our website and improving our SEOs. You will also be involved in strategic planning - translating company objectives into a set of tangible brand assets and a coherent image which will promote all our activities.
About us:
Halo provides the event and hospitality industry with specialist event equipment and lighting. Halo provides support with event project management, logistics and install sound equipment rental, lighting equipment hire, staging hire, audio visual hire and LED screen hire.
You'll get involved in:
- Pro-active and strategic management of our social medias, YouTube channel and newsletter
- Updating and developing our website using WordPress
- Managing SEOs
- Research and supporting brand awareness
- Producing content and graphics for our website / newsletters / social postings / brochures
- Producing consistent branding throughout all our activities
- Collaborating with other departments to boost turnover through marketing
- Supporting other departments with developing client accounts
About you - what we are looking for:
- Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required
- Knowledge of website management and hands on experience with Wordpress
- Knowledge of SEOs and experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Creative and strategic thinker with great written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in events and event management
- Activity in visual arts development
- Knowledge of design software such as In-design / Photoshop, Canva etc.
- Social media management skills
- Strong work ethic with a flexible approach to work
- Personable and supportive
- Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
