5 Month Contract
£280 to £300 per day
Mechanical Bias but able to understand Electrical
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager working on site in Slough this is a 5 month project. The project is totally M&E and a general understanding of trades is essential. Candidate must ensure the successful implementation and completion of projects. Our client is seeking a professional building services project manager who is commercially aware and able to liaise at all levels, who has an excellent understanding of plant/equipment and installation of component parts.
- Must be computer literate
- BMS
- Some Electrical upgrades
- New Chiller
Candidate Skills
Experience on leading a project up to £1M+
10 + years of experienced within fit out / construction industry
Client facing with the ability to meet and discuss Operational matters with Management, Staff and Client representatives.
Forward thinking individual with the ability to make own decisions
Capable on use of MS packages, word, excel and e-permit systems
Good and effective communicator
Ability to enforce process well and table new ideas.
Ability to chair Client and Sub Contract meetings
