Our client is a special purpose machinery manufacturer that services the packaging industry.
Through their innovative approach and 'first of its kind' technology, this well established business has enabled its clients to; reduce waste on a huge scale, speed up production processes, significantly reduce shipping costs and much more!

Due to increased machinery sales, I have been requested to help them find a Mechanical fitter who has experience in building special purpose machinery.

ROLE

As the Mechanical fitter you will be part of a 7 person team and will be;

    Reading through and following technical drawings and instructions Building bespoke Special Purpose Machinery from scratch via a General Assembly Drawing (GA) Building up subassemblies Utilising both hand and power tools along with specialist equipment MIG welding various frames

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application for the post of Mechanical Fitter, I am looking for a person who;

    Ideally possess a Mechanical Apprentice Possesses a Mechanical Fitting Background Can read, follow and understand General Assembly Drawings (GA's) Experienced in the build of some sort of special purpose machine or automation Ability to MIG weld
