Salary: £18 - £20 per hour
We are recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high quality repairs to the housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching a wall, repairing tiles, all types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, laying slabs, fence repairs, etc.
- Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
- Basic Criminal Record Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
