Salary: £38,443.73 per annum, inc benefits
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking responsive repairs in residential homes occupied by tenants
- Receiving work orders through PDA and be given appointment times to attend
- Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis
- Fault finding and accurately diagnosing the repairs required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds in Plastering

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing repairs.
