Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager - Commercial Build

Location: Gloucestershire, GL1

Type: Temporary

Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Salary: £300 - £350 per day

Our client is a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects. We are currently seeking a Night Shift Site Manager to join our team for a new commercial build project.

Key Responsibilities: As a Night Shift Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site during night shifts.
  • Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting on project status to senior management.
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures.
  • Managing site documentation and records.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction or fit-out projects.
  • Hold a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
