What's on offer

  • Basic salary: £24,000 (Can potentially go up to £35K, depending on experience)
  • OTE: £80,000 first year (uncapped commission)
  • Working Hours: 9:00-18:00 Mon-Thu / Friday 9:00-17:00 - NO WEEKENDS

  • Bonus Scheme: Milestone bonuses - £100K, £150K, £200K etc.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in estate agency sales (valuation experience preferred).
  • Experienced in using Reapit!!
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Local Knowledge: Experienced in working in, or strong knowledge of, Shoreditch, and surrounding areas
  • Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Client-Focused: Committed to surpassing client expectations
  • Personality Traits: A motivated, target-driven attitude, organised and detail-oriented, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

The Major Account team are a central function, within the site accommodation business, to deal with tier 1 construction companies, working on a national basis. We are actively targeting other tier contractors, with effective business development, with the aim to sign PSA agreements with them. These companies are high spending, high volume accounts that are key to the continued growth of the business. Our clients will have preferred supplier agreements in place with Portakabin (Site Accommodation) Ltd and expect high level of customer service. The role is a key position for driving the commercial performance and the development of the major accounts of Portakabin (Site Accommodation) Ltd. Maximising opportunities, order winning and providing excellent customer services to all our major accounts. You will support the tender submissions that will assist in growing and developing the major account client base and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the Portakabin Group (primarily the Site Accommodation division) through effective communication and teamwork to promote the major account strategy. As a Sales Coordinator you will need:
  • Business to business and technical sales experience.
  • Experience Business development and co-ordinating large volume accounts.
  • Ensures that sound customer relationships are developed through effective communication, resulting in repeat, continued opportunities and orders.
  • A strong commercial awareness, is customer focused, target driven with engaging communication skills.
  • To actively generate and participate in business development initiatives to increase opportunity and order numbers with our major account.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and drawings in an efficient manner, promptly follow up all quotations to assist in order winning.
  • Process orders, and in turn raise contracts for orders received into the business from the selected major accounts.
  • To achieve hire order targets as agreed with the Commercial Manager - Major Accounts Manager/Divisional MD.
  • To be target driven.

  • Excellent Negotiating and Influencing clients and internal stakeholders.
  • 5 GCSE's A-C, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
