Our client is looking for a School Handyperson to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

They are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit, hardworking team. With their exponential growth, they are looking for someone who can turn listings into results.



About the company

  • Well-established, independent estate agent specializing in high-end and unique properties.
  • Not your normal agent. They create tailored services for their clients, delivering some of the most unique and inspiring property in London.
  • Beautifully designed office in the heart of the Shoreditch Triangle.
  • 30+ properties on their books, priced up to £6.5M. Primary focus on warehouse conversions, new build apartments, townhouses, or a just beautifully architecturally designed property.

What's on offer

  • Basic salary: £24,000 (Can potentially go up to £35K, depending on experience)
  • OTE: £80,000 first year (uncapped commission)
  • Working Hours: 9:00-18:00 Mon-Thu / Friday 9:00-17:00 - NO WEEKENDS
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Bonus Scheme: Milestone bonuses - £100K, £150K, £200K etc.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in estate agency sales (valuation experience preferred).
  • Experienced in using Reapit!!
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Local Knowledge: Experienced in working in, or strong knowledge of, Shoreditch, and surrounding areas
  • Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Client-Focused: Committed to surpassing client expectations
  • Personality Traits: A motivated, target-driven attitude, organised and detail-oriented, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
