About the Role
Our client is a leading European delivery partner specialising in large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across Europe, they are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their on-site team in the Helsinki region.
This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-value projects within a fast-growing sector, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary design, construction, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between multiple disciplines
Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones in line with the project BIM Execution Plan
Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and specifications
Coordinate complex MEP installations in collaboration with package managers and site engineers
Support and mentor junior members of the BIM team
Ensure high standards of BIM compliance and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Strong experience using Revit with an MEP bias (essential)
AutoCAD experience preferred
Navisworks experience desirable
Minimum 4 years' experience working on multiple large-scale construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a site-based, collaborative environment

Our client is a leading European specialist in the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects, operating across multiple countries and at the forefront of digital infrastructure development. With a strong pipeline of complex turnkey projects currently in delivery, they are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join their expanding commissioning team.
This is a site-based role offering exposure to technically advanced electrical systems, structured commissioning processes, and collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams on high-value data centre developments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise commissioning-related activities for all electrical vendors on site
Ensure vendor compliance with agreed scope of works and commissioning programmes
Monitor progress against commissioning milestones and report on delivery status
Communicate deadlines and commissioning programme requirements to vendors
Attend and, where required, supervise Electrical Vendor FATs and FWTs
Organise, attend, and contribute to daily and weekly commissioning meetings (internal and vendor-facing)
Prepare and issue weekly commissioning progress reports to commissioning management
Coordinate closely with Project QA/QC and AP teams to achieve shared objectives
Track, review, and obtain approval for commissioning documentation including test scripts and compliance statements
Witness all vendor commissioning activities against approved project documentation
Manage commissioning tagging processes and procedures
Carry out day-to-day on-site commissioning operations
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an Electrical Trade (e.g. NVQ or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar commissioning role within a construction environment
Previous experience on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects (data centre experience highly desirable)
Experience commissioning LV/MV or HV electrical systems
Electrical testing and verification experience (minimum 3 years)
Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety requirements
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively
Process-driven mindset with a strong focus on EHS and quality management systems
