What You Need to Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in spend analysis, procurement analytics, or supply chain finance, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, and data validation)

- Identify underutilized contracts, expired agreements still in use, and supplier consolidation opportunities
- Perform SKU-level variance analysis between contract pricing and actual purchase trends
Savings Opportunity Identification
- Develop reports that show realized savings, missed value opportunities, and benchmarked pricing using Vizient, ECRI, and internal dashboards
- Support strategic sourcing projects by quantifying potential and actual savings during pre- and post-contract phases
Vendor & Category Performance Reporting
- Create vendor scorecards and category-level dashboards showing contract coverage, market share, pricing accuracy, and rebate performance
- Track tier commitments and compliance agreements
Data Quality & Contract Matching
- Collaborate with Master Data and Contracts teams to ensure accurate alignment across item master, pricing tiers, and vendor contracts
- Identify discrepancies in SKU mapping, unit of measure conversions, and contract references
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Contract Coordinators, Category Managers, and the Business Intelligence team to produce consolidated reports and strategic insights
- Assist with data preparation and validation for executive reviews and sourcing initiatives
