CSA Construction Manager - Data Centre Project - €85'000 to €100'000 + Overseas Allowance
Location: Helsinki, Finland Job Type: Full-time | Site-based
About the Role
Our client is a leading European specialist in the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects, providing full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning. Recognised as a trusted market leader within a fast-growing sector, they are currently delivering multiple high-value projects across Europe.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to take a key leadership role on a major data centre project in Helsinki, Finland. This is a senior, site-based position with responsibility for the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on a fast-track, technically complex project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CSA team to deliver all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages
Drive high standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance on site
Oversee planning, procurement, design coordination, and installation of CSA works
Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractor performance, and project progress
Coordinate with design, QA/QC, planning, and commercial teams to meet programme and quality targets
Chair CSA subcontractor meetings and provide clear progress reporting to senior management
Support commercial change management and oversee project close-out and handover activities
Skills & Qualifications
Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or similar senior role on large-scale projects
Strong background delivering CSA packages on complex, fast-track builds (data centres desirable)
Experience leading site teams and managing subcontractors
Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and programme control
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Manage in-house designers and external consultants to meet programme milestones
Oversee design workshops, technical submittals, RFIs, and IFC releases
Chair weekly design coordination meetings and manage design risk and change control
Coordinate contractor drawings, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and handover requirements
Manage LEED design requirements and ensure compliance with quality and QA/QC processes
Skills & Experience
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE compliance
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery
Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in IT, including construction management platforms for documentation and snagging
