Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts
  • Generate new business accounts by prospecting and networking
  • Ability to sell premium products and consult client's on how to create a coherent customer/brand environment that matches the company's vision of brand identity
  • Serve as an expert of retail shopfitting and provide technical advice to clients
  • Effectively converse with architects, designers and visual merchandisers on retail projects
  • Customize and tailor product solutions to meet the client's vision and brand identity
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

  • + 2 years Proven work experience as a sales representative and/or business developer
  • A background in Electronic Security would be an advantage.
  • Active contact with Architects, previous retail customers, and visual merchandisers
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office

An Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Plant Operator You will report to the Plant Supervisor, the role of the Manufacturing Plant Operator is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Plant.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a computerised control room
  • Conduct product testing on the finished starch product
  • Manage the movement of finished products using a forklift
  • Comply with Health & Safety Policy, Safety Rules and Statutory requirements applying to all operations within the specified line of responsibility
  • Ensure that all products meet or exceed the agreed internal and customer specification and quality standards
  • Assist in the co-ordination of external customer visits and internal audits
  • Ensure that company targets are achieved and appropriate actions to resolve issues are taken
  • Deliver improved Production efficiencies, namely Safety, Process Reliability (PR), waste elimination; first time Quality and material usages

Requirements

  • Higher level qualification is desirable in one of the following areas, Engineering, Science
  • Manufacturing, or food related discipline
  • Strong PC skills, familiar with automation, PID controller, Computer literate, Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to work as part of project team
  • 2 years minimum experience within a manufacturing plant would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to liaise with varying management at all levels, both internal and external

The role offers exceptional professional development, with the opportunity to work across all project stages, including on-site involvement and seeing projects through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Run projects through all RIBA Work Stages.

  • Produce high-quality designs and technical drawings.

  • Work closely with the practice director

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed design and production information for tender and construction packages.

  • Visit site as required

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with programme and quality standards.

  • Work on a variety of projects, including mixed-use developments, new build houses, and site redevelopments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB registered Architect.

  • 2 years post-qualification experience in UK-based private practice

  • Strong construction knowledge and experience in project running

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential ( a Revit test would be carried out at an interview)

  • Ability to manage risks, costs, and deadlines independently
