Senior Architect Job in Austin, Texas
Senior Architect job available with a growing architecture and interior design firm, working from their office in Austin, Texas. The role will see you involved in a range of typologies, with a particular focus on commercial, multifamily and hospitality. Offering a salary of up to $120k plus benefits!

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings and production aspects for a variety of project typologies from concept through to construction administration
- Client presentations and meetings
- Supervision of the design and technical delivery, alongside the Project Manager
- Assist with advising the wider design team through the construction documentation process
- Product specification coordination
- Assist with project management for staffing, fee estimates, and scheduling
- Day-to-day supervision of design and technical development of a variety of projects
- Liaise with external contractors on bids, pricing, and projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of industry experience, with experience in hospitality or multifamily
- Licenced architect
- Degree qualified in Architecture from an accredited course
- Revit proficiency and ability to produce full construction documents
- LEED or WELL accreditations preferred
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Candidates must have an existing right to work in the USA to be considered for this position.

Requirements:
- UK Consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of the relevant Sectional Agreements, including S278, S38, S104, S106, etc.
- Working knowledge of industry standard software, which may include Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, Micro/InfoDrainage, or Causeway Flow.
