A fantastic opportunity for an experienced fire alarm engineer who wants to travel across the countryside of Kent servicing and testing and carrying out light remedials for a highly reputable SME electrical contractor. You'll work within a good team of technicians, senior management and business owners who genuinely respect each other and have a stable and rewarding career.
Due to new contract wins this firm is now looking for a permanent fire alarm engineer. You'll travel around Kent working on fire alarms and occasionally cctv for their well established commercial client base. Benefit from a stable career, optional overtime and becoming a respected and valued engineer within the business.
Your role as a Fire Alarm Engineer will involve:
*Travelling to commercial clients across Kent carrying out testing and remedials on fire alarm systems.
*Be on a call out rota on a minimum of 1 in 8
*Feedback and report of any additional requirements to senior management in regards to electrical works and maintain existing relationships with the client base in the area
As a Fire Alarm Engineer you will need:
*Level 3 qualified Electrician with experience/relevant qualifications for fire alarms, manual driving licence

ASSOCIATE LETTINGS DIRECTOR - CHELSEA
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well established multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for an Associate Lettings Director to join their team at their Chelsea office. This is a key leadership role, acting as Second-in-Command to the Managing Director.
Duties/functions of the role:
- Oversee the Lettings Department
- Build and expand Lettings business
- Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions
- Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate
- Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
- List properties from the existing database/network
- Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carry out viewings of properties with prospective tenants
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
- Negotiate lettings deals and progress the letting of properties once a price is agreed
- Deal with any lettings issues that may arise
Requirements of the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, minimum 5 years
- Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents expertise
- Prime Central London experience
- A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Must be well spoken and well presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local property market trends in Prime Central London
Salary budgets: £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £90,000 - £100,000 OTE
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm NO WEEKENDS
