Deliver works to a high standard in accordance with your trade training, experience and industry best practice. Ensure maximum productivity is achieved whilst maintaining quality and delivering in the most effective and efficient manner. Follow work instructions efficiently and carry out works required as detailed in the instruction. Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements. Be available for the out of hours rota. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers - ensuring they feel informed, valued and reassured. What we are looking for:

A qualified carpenter (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) with strong multi-trade skills. Experience working in property maintenance. Experience in associated trades (plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling, and decorating, all aspects UPVC). A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of health and safety protocols. A current valid driving licence. Confidence using IT to receive jobs, record updates, manage job stocks electronically, and stay in touch with the team while out and about. Full training will be provided on the systems we use.
