Senior Project Manager

I am working with a modern, employee focused project management consultancy based in Farringdon, who are searching for a motivated and client-facing Senior Project Manager to join their growing team and steer the delivery of projects from Inception-Completion in the Residential sector.
The Company that the Senior Project Manager will join:
The Senior Project Manager will be joining an up-and-coming consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects in the Residential sector. The Senior Project Manager will be joining a team of 15+ Project Managers and Cost Consultants.
The Senior Project Manager will be working closely alongside a Project Director, an Associate Director, another Senior Project Manager and will be providing support to Junior Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of their Residential projects.
The Senior Project Manager role:
The Senior Project Manager will be experienced in delivering the full lifecycle of schemes which are predominantly new builds, but will also be delivering refurbishment projects. The Senior Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as Cost Consultants to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget.
The Senior Project Manager will be delivering high-quality schemes with contract values between £30m-£130m.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Provide support/mentorship to junior Project Managers
- Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
- Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors during the lifecycle of projects
- Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
- Attending weekly site visits
- Arranging and attending client meetings
- Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
Senior Project Manager requirements:
- Previous experience working for a consultancy
- Residential experience would be ideal
- MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred
- BSc/MSc Construction Project Management
- Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously
- Previous experience leading a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What would be offered:
- £75,000-£85,000 per annum salary package

I am working with a forward-thinking and well-established Quantity Surveying and Project management consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Quantity Surveyor will be based in West Kent.
The Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly professional construction consultancy who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work. You will be joining a small team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
As a company they cover a range of projects including Education, Heritage, Residential, Industrial, Highways, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
The role of the Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily some new projects they have got in including Private homes from £3m - £5m, apartment block £150m and an animal sanctuary! You will not be pigeonholed in this company!
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
The Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Ideally be in the West Kent area
- 4+ years Quantity Surveying Experience
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
- Excellent attitude and team player
- Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused FM Helpdesk Advisor to join our busy Customer Care team. This role is a key part of our frontline operations, supporting a wide network of national and regional business customers with all facilities management (FM) service requests.
As the first point of contact for FM issues, you'll play an important role in ensuring planned and reactive maintenance requests are logged, allocated, and resolved efficiently - delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for FM-related queries via phone.
- Log, allocate, and update service requests accurately within the CAFM system.
- Coordinate with engineers, operations teams, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor planned and reactive maintenance performance, taking action to meet SLAs.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for materials, uniforms, and parts.
- Upload and maintain compliance documentation to ensure high audit scores.
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal account teams.

- Experienced in using CAFM systems
- Strong background in customer service, helpdesk, or call centre environments.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with a focus on accuracy and service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience coordinating contractors or suppliers.
