We are currently recruiting for a PLC Software Engineer who will be responsible for writing PLC & HMI software and undertaking SCADA page configurations for allocated projects. In this role you will be producing PLC Software in line with Client, Kier and industry standards, developing Functional Design Specifications & Control Philosophies, as well as contributing to final contract documentation, 'As-built' drawings and test sheets for inclusion into operations and maintenance manuals. You will be undertaking factory & site testing when required as well as closely liaising with Client's Engineering and operational staff to ensure needs are understood and met.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will hold experiencing of programming a variety of PLC platforms utilising IEC 61131-3 programming languages as well as experience in programming HMI's and configuring SCADA pages. You will also hold an industry applicable ONC/HNC/ B.Eng or NVQ equivalent along with commercial and contractual awareness.
